We know the Spartanburg Area like the back of our hands so you don’t have to. We’ll take your list of wants and needs and provide you with a list of facilities that are great matches for your upcoming event.
Scheduling & Availability
So your event dates aren’t flexible. No problem. When helping you find that dream venue you’ve been searching for, we’ll verify availability before pitching your options so there’s no risk of confusion, mixups, or disappointment.
We’ll only show you venues that can actually accommodate your event, because that’s just the way we do business.
Coordinating Site Visits
You have a whole event to plan, so don’t waste precious time and resources calling event centers, trying to track down the right person to talk to, and mapping out routes in an attempt to knock out multiple site visits when we can do it for you.
Just let us know where you’d like to tour and we’ll take are of the rest.
Assisting with hotel room blocks
Traveling is stressful enough when you have to book your flight, rent a car, find a hotel, pack, and leave your family for a couple of days. With that in mind, while we’re making the event-planning process easier on you, we can also make it easier on your guests, too.
We know having one less thing to worry about can make all the difference in the world, so we’ll work with nearby hotels to reserve room blocks and lock in rates so booking is a breeze for everyone. (You can thank us later.)
Assisting with Off-Site Activities
All work and no play doesn’t make for a very enjoyable event. After a long day of seminars, demonstrations, and meetings, your guests deserve to have a little fun.
