University of South Carolina Upstate – Meetings & Events

USC Upstate offers a variety of facility spaces for rent. All facilities are subject to availability and are rented on a first come, first served basis. A professional catering staff offers complete services for banquets, breakfasts, luncheons, receptions, dinners, meetings and conferences.

The Duncan Estate

Citizens & Southern Event Center

With over 5,000 square feet of flexible space between two floors, we can accommodate a variety of expo and meeting types, stand up receptions, presentations, parties and seated meals. The building can host 110 seated people on main floor, 50 in the open balcony, 40 on the brick patio and up to 350 reception style utilizing the full space. Covid ordinances may require adjustment
