OneSpartanburg, Inc., is a collaborative organization formed by merging the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce, the Spartanburg Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Spartanburg Economic Futures Group.
Our Mission
OneSpartanburg, Inc’s mission is to build a vibrant Spartanburg through business, economic and tourism development.
Our tourism function enhances the economic impact of tourism in Spartanburg County by increasing the length of stay and spending by travelers.
We are the official point of contact for convention and meeting planners, tournament directors, and visitors. Our staff assists groups with site selection, group accommodations and meeting preparation, provides sports tourism information, and markets the region to travelers in order to increase overnight visitation and spending.
We produce official tourism publications; manage the official tourism website for Spartanburg, and provide assistance to host meetings, conferences and major sporting events. We develop advertising and social media campaigns to attract visitors who will stay longer and spend more money.
OneSpartanburg, Inc. administers an official Tourism Information Center at our offices at 105. N. Pine Street in Spartanburg. Additionally, we convene sales meetings, and keeps tourism industry partners updated on the latest in research trends and marketing programs, as well as business development opportunities.

OneSpartanburg, Inc. is led by an executive board and focus-specific advisory boards. A Tourism Advisory Board represents the tourism industry and local government. The role of the Tourism Advisory Board is to review the operations of the tourism function, recommend strategies and provide direction, and elect a chair who shall serve on the OneSpartanburg, Inc. Executive Board.
